WHAT YOU'LL LEARN — In about 45 minutes, with time for your questions at the end:

• Start with the why. Why do you want peptides in the first place? Most people are chasing relief — exhaustion, cravings, brain fog, burnout. Symptoms are signals, and this class starts at the root: sleep, stress, gut health, and blood sugar come before any peptide conversation.

• Peptides 101, in plain English. What peptides actually are (your body's own messengers), why they fade as we age, and the difference between a supplement, a compounded prescription, and the 'research chemical' bottles sold online.

• The categories people ask about most. Skin & collagen, metabolic & GLP-1 basics, sleep, recovery & repair, and hair — what each category is studied for, explained honestly, including what's proven, what's promising, and what's still emerging.

• The chapter nobody else teaches: sourcing. How to read a certificate of analysis (COA), how to spot forged paperwork, and the red flags of gray-market sellers — 'research use only' labels, no provider involved, prices that don't make sense.

• The five questions that protect you. Who is the licensed provider? Which licensed pharmacy compounds this? Can I see the COA for my batch? What does follow-up look like? What happens if something feels wrong? — plus what working with a legitimate, provider-led program actually looks like, step by step.

THIS CLASS IS FOR YOU IF: You are peptide-curious and tired of miracle claims and fear. You want to understand the categories before spending a dollar. You have seen peptides sold online and thought, "How would I even know if that's real?" You like education straight, warm, and in plain English. THIS CLASS IS NOT FOR YOU IF: You want a dosing plan, protocol, or product recommendations — this class doesn't do that, and neither does Misty; those belong to licensed medical providers. You want a hard sell. This class is education first. In the last part, Misty's mentor Heather shares the business side of peptides — how women are adding it as income — for anyone who's curious. Stay for that part or don't; the education is complete either way.

ABOUT MISTY — Misty Smith has spent 23+ years in the beauty industry — salon owner at MDS Beauty Salon in Frisco, Texas, business coach to beauty professionals, and a wellness educator who teaches the 'beauty from the inside out' approach she sees proven in her own chair every week: hair, skin, sleep, energy, and how a woman feels are all one report card. Misty is not a medical professional, and this class is not medical advice. She teaches the education side — what peptides are, how the categories work, and how to choose safely. The medical side is handled by licensed medical providers: Misty partners with EllieMD, whose licensed providers make all medical decisions, and with a licensed medical-grade pharmacy. That clear line isn't fine print to her. It's the whole point.

Please read: This webinar and the accompanying guide are educational information only, provided by a wellness educator. They are not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment plan, and they do not create a provider–patient relationship. Peptides mentioned are discussed as categories that are being studied; nothing here is a recommendation to start, stop, or change any medication or protocol. Medical decisions belong to you and your licensed healthcare provider. If you pursue any peptide therapy, do so only through a licensed provider and a licensed pharmacy, with proper screening and follow-up.
